- Will my car be covered while parked at the shop?
The condition of the car repair shop often is quite hazardous and there is every chance that the car may get damaged as many other customers may come and park their car.
It is therefore essential to know whether your car will be under insurance cover during that period.
- Will the new painting match with original painting of my car?
While repairing the car damage, the damaged portion often needs fresh painting so that your car may look absolutely in new condition. However, if the new paint does not match with the original paint then it may give a very poor look.
So, make sure that new painting will match with the original colour of the paint.
- How soon can I wash my car after the repair?
The repair company will also wash the car after the painting is properly dried up. Still it is essential that you must know if you need to give some time before you try to wash your car again.
- Do you have any certifications?
There are few certifications, like I-CAR and ASE, which are quite reputable and if the car repair company is certified by such organization then it is good sign and reflects good about the car repair shop too.
A certification will denote about their skills and knowledge to perform all the required job safely with good quality repairs.
- Will you put all terms and conditions in writing?
It is necessary that all the terms and conditions offered by the company must be obtained in writing so that there will be no dispute after the job is done.
